Your "Night Mod" KYR SP33DY (steam ID: STEAM_0:1:53453801) gagged me unreasonably during a TTT match on Saturday, January 25th, 2015. Our exchanges began earlier when, in another match, he used what I presume is an admin PM command to privately mock me, seen in the following screenshot:  The context of his statement involved me buying and utilizing a Cloaking Device, and him feeling the need to provide me with a blistering and intelligent comment about his opinion on its usefulness, or lack thereof. I informed your moderator Nicco about his behavior and requested that he get a slap on the wrist, then chose to let bygones be bygones. Ordinarily, I would have left it at this, had the following exchange not occurred. We were just beginning a new round of TTT when he made a comment about my ping, seen in the following screenshot. In voice chat, I responded with a dry, sarcastic quip that went something along the lines of, "Oh, I had no idea that my ping was so terrible, SP33DY. Please do tell me about it." He promptly gagged me and further taunted me for what I can only presume was to satisfy his inflated ego.   I refuse to stand idly by and let your staff bully me. Abusing powers to settle petty, personal grudges is absolutely unacceptable conduct for a moderator, and if this kind of behavior continues among your staff then I will no longer continue to play here. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.. I was under the impression that the both of us were joking back and forth... I dont remember saying I hate someone because I dont hate anyone... The reason I gagged you was because you went on about nicco slapping in post round and mic spamming on and on about how you were unhappy with the staff of the server... we were joking around and AK homestar and nicco among 6 others can take my side and they will state the same thing that you were mic spamming which u were followed by the gagging.... When you tell more than 2 members of the server to shut the f@ck up is when I will come to the servers side and side with members of this server.... I dont remember saying I hate someone and thats where I will take the fault because thats not the kind of person I am... I do completely apologize for that... When it came to the use of the T weapon I was giving friendly advice that stated everyone can see your ass with that T weapon when you asked the question stating "that dude is hacking there is no way he saw me" thats when I stated that everyone can see you he wasnt hacking... I curse alot but dont mean to offend anyone by cursing and dont directly use cursing to offend anyone... the ping was just a joke because you were hard to hit we joke about ping alot on this server... you getting rude about joking around with ping was unacceptable and I believe thats when you started to blame others for your bad experience on the server... I apologize as I thought we were joking back and forth via your tone in your voice but I guess your sarcastic tone was more of a threatened and aggravated tone... I will do my best to be more sensitive to players that dont take a few rough jokes lightly... Again I am very sorry for your bad experience on the server, and will do my best to improve your gaming experience on the TTT server.. Thank you!

Please do not spread slanderous lies. a) I like the staff very much; the incident today was the only time I have ever held issue with them. If I did not enjoy my time here then I would not bother filing a complaint against you--I would just leave. Talk to any one of the numerous staff I have interacted with over the past week to testify about my attitude towards them. b) That's not even what micspamming means. An example of micspamming would be me playing a song over voice chat with the specific intention of annoying people. Unless you now construe talking as a form of micspamming, I did no such thing and I am offended that you would accuse it of me. I did not tell more than two members to "shut the fuck up", I told you and only you to shut the hell up because I would not tolerate your bullying. If you want to joke around, that's completely fine--I like joking. But the moment you start abusing your powers in the middle of a match to do it is the moment that you've overstepped your bounds. And on a personal note, I do not appreciate your passive-aggressive insinuations toward my "sensitivity." Regardless, I appreciate your apology. |

Micspamming does mean that you would not allow others to talk holding down your mic button until you felt that your point got across... 3 others (veterans of the server) pm'd me regarding your attitude saying that it was unpleasant gaming with you which is why you were kicked with the reasoning "please calm down and come back when you simmer down" you were not banned just kicked to calm down a bit... constant pm's from members of the server regarding your unpleasant attitude left me no choice to kick hoping that you would calm down and come back to enjoy the server... again thank you for your concern and I will do my best to watch who I am able to joke with as I joke with a lot of the members in a mean way but they know I am just messing around... I like to pm after I die at the begining of the round by a knife or etc within 10 seconds of the round start stating "rood, or you dick" to people like hammilton, charisma, crona, and many many many veterans of the server who joke around and kill me at the beginning of the round so please dont feel offended if I accidently joke around.... Either way I dont think you are able to handle my sense of humor so nothing will be addressed to you and I will continue my humor with those that appreciate a fun, laughable, and entertaining time... thanks!

Alright, Thank you for your proof provided, Mailman. Though, Sp33dy, you might be joking towards Mailman, he barely knows you. This leads to misinterpretations, admin abuse reports, and a lot of pissed off newcomers. Like I said in the moderator meeting last friday (I really hope someone filled you in on that...) That the staff has to show an example by protecting the server and being friendly. This behavior, Jokingly or not, is unacceptable due to the fact that it hurt someone who is new to our server. Now, I've also heard that Mailman may have gone off at the people on the server, and that is also, Not Tolerated. I do get that Mailman may be defending himself, but to go as far as micspamming and mouthing off to the people on the server is uncalled for as well. For this, I would like the both of you to do a "Meet and Greet." Sp33dy loses his rank until he can accomplish a successful meet and greet, but if Mailman does not comply, he will receive a hefty ban in return. Don't be insincere about this.. Actually get to know each other and try to mend the occurrence without fighting and all of that bullshit.

I did not attend moderator meeting due to me having clinicals at the hospital that night for medical school... I will be on later this evening same time I'm usually on to try and setup this meet and greet to mend broken hearts... I will be adding mailman to friends list and will go from there later tonight...
