Hello friends, I want to share my experience with the community. The reason why I am writing this because when I was applying my Admin application today, I thought about my experience with the server and all the good and bad thing since I joined the community. On a side-note, if you have read my admin application some of the thing I will say in the post might sound similar.
I remember like it was yesterday, I got Gmod because I thought it was a fun game and saw some famous Youtubers play this game, so I was like, "It is only $10, so why not". SO, when I bought, I was playing server that I can make friends and a community that I can joined. Then, after about 1 month, I found this server where I met great people and join a community that accepted me. I say this because I didn't really have any friends that I can talk to mostly because I am shy talking to people and I spend most of my time either at school or playing video games. I remember that the 1st time I met people was in Roy the Ship, that is where I met many of my friends.
I met many great people that became my friends like Shy, Turbo, Killer, True, Hamilton, Serpant, Tsume, Josh, and the other people that I can't remember (sorry). You guys accepted me and made me feel happy and thought me some valuable lessons about to me, from being responsible, how to deal with drama, don't be a stalker, how not to offend people and other things. Every time I hang out with you guys, you make my day brighter. You guys are all awesome and made realize that friends will always be there for you.
I might not be the best person to be friends because I have cheated, stalk, offend, don't listen, and made some choices that was not the best idea, but you guys forgive me and still wanted to be my friends. Even when i was ban on the server that one time, I accepted my mistakes and you guys forgave me. Also, did you know I was really close to leave the server because I didn't want to hurt anyone's feeling, but some of my friends convince me to stay, even the people I that I have hurt forgave me. I was so touch because I thought that no one wanted to be with me after my huge mistake, but I was wrong, my friends will always be my friends.
Did you thought I forgot to include Mario when I was listing of my friends? Why would I forget Mario. Mario was one of the person I met on the 1st day I met on the server. I don't know what to say about Mario, except that he is the most awesome person I met. Mario was always there for me for the good or bad, he taught me a lot of thing from respecting people's space, being responsible, how to be friends, and always reminding me thing for the millionth time. XD He is also the reason why I stay in this server, became a staff, and becoming the guy i am now, but I still have a lot to learn, mostly about Steam. XD He would always play games with me, I mean we spend a lot of time together, from Gmod, Minecraft, Terreria and other games. Even thought Mario and me have never met each other in real life, he still wanted to be my friends. I might have make him mad a lot of time, but he is still very patience with me. Even though Mario have given me things, he never ask anything in return, I feel bad when I don't return the favor, but he still kind to me. Also, Mario is the best person I have ever met and always encourages me and tries to defend me when people are hurting my self-esteem. And I hope we can be friends for a long time. Sorry Mario if you find this embarrassing. XD
To conclude my statement, I might have some ups and downs with this server, I always have friends to protect me from harm, make me realize the right choice, and makes me laugh when the time is tough. Also, I am so dedicated to this server, that if I lose my rank for some reason, I wouldn't mind because 1st It was my fault and no none else and 2nd I don't want to abandoned my friends who have done so much for me. And I hope I don't lose any friends this year and to hang out more with my friends and hopefully be able to return the favor for everything you guys have done with me.
