Recently my sister got G-mod on her steam account. She doesn't use it so she let me play. I downloaded TTT wanting to try it. The first day I played on your server, I was delighted to find that everyone was kind and played fair. This is the second day I've played on your server and today I ran into a trial mod who kicked me out of two rounds for RDMing a traitor (I was not a traitor). He claims that I cost the traitors the round and that's why I was kick two rounds? but I didn't kill the traitor and he died several minutes later for completely different reasons. I will now discus the events that occurred. I'm not lying and this is not a false report, all of this happend.
I was half way through the game in the vent of the Doll map. (I think that's what the map was called...) when someone flew up next to me using the vent fan. They circled around the area for a while trying to get behind me without me noticing... I noticed. They had what I thought was a traitor gun (it had a silencer). He then got really close to me and aimed at my head in point blank. I shot at them multiple times, tired of waiting to attack because of lack of evidence. (Traitors have killed me several times that day because I can't defend myself unless they attack first) but he murdered me. He then wrote a Rdm report saying that I shot first even though he was a traitor. He played for what Seemed like 1-2 more minutes before he died.
In the second round Sparklecat forced me to write a response to the traitors claim Mid-game. I gave him multiple reasons why I tried to kill the traitor but he ignored them all and kicked me out of the next round. I know the rules and I spectated the match knowing I'd get in the next one and I also accepted his judgement at first, knowing that It could look like a RDM if you just saw me shooting him. But to my suprise I was kicked out of the round after that one too for no given reason. The round after that I asked him why he kicked me twice and he responded that it was because I RDMed a traitor... And it cost them the game, even though the second time I was kick I was a traitor so my teammate lost that round. He then showed me the rules where it clearly Doesn't say anything about RDMing traitors as a normal terrorist or kicking me out of two rounds. I called for a admin but he didn't really do anything saying it was sparklecats decision and he could do that because he was a trial mod.
For several rounds after that, he would tell the entire lobby that I was a RDMer after I died so I could not say he was lying. he also got a couple of the players to kill me because they thought I was RDMing. I didn't file reports on those players though because Sparklecat was behind it.
The entire lobby was suspicious of me and would constantly block doorways and follow me, stealing guns and ammo and they said I was probably a traitor whenever I entered another room. I then lost several rounds because I was scared to shoot the traitors because I thought Sparklecat would kick me again. I see nothing wrong in your rules but your trial mods should at least know them. I find that the game is nearly impossible to play on your servers because I can't shoot terrorists and now everyone thinks I'm suspicious making it almost impossible to successfully be traitor. I like TTT but this has gone too far and unfortunately as long as Sparklecat is a trial mod I will not play on your server. I accept that I might have RDMed, but he was a traitor and I was punished twice as long as the rules specified. I also lost my acceptable reputation on the server, everyone constantly suspicous of me. Your admins seem to care more about playing the game then enforcing the rules. I find this unfair and if you're going to have rules you should at least know them and enforce them correctly.

Ban me for two weeks if you want, The games not fun as long as Sparklecat is in charge.
