One of your mods banned me because i told him off for making a mistake. i tried to ask him to fix it, but he got butthurt and banned me. I had been RDM'ed (pretty basic stuff) and he refused to slay the person who rdmed me, and gave no reason for why. so i broke a rule and revenge killed the rdmer, (who had rdmed before), and was slain for rdm. i asked him why he slayed me and not the rdmer, and he said i didnt give a reason when he asked. i did give a reason, but the rdmer started talking over me so Eli (the mod) didnt hear me. i tried multiple times to explain, but eli mustve been ignoring me and slayed me again. he then banned me for telling him to try to be more fair in his modding.

My side of the story:
When I received the original report I asked both the alleged victim and alleged RDMer what happened, the alleged RDMer told me he was confused what happened through admin chat so I asked the alleged victim. He changed the story from the RDM report so I questioned further, he did not respond. When he then RDMed the alleged original RDMer I slayed him and then he tried to tell me what originally happened again, saying that he did respond but people were talking over him. I voiced my concern saying I was paying watchful attention and he did not respond and if he knew I couldn't hear him, then type it. After he refused to do that I thought that was it. A minute or two after he called me a bad mod, in more respectful terms. I told him to type what happened and insulting my abilities was no way to get the problem solved, and it could get him banned. He then insulted my abilities again a few minutes later and I banned him. I don't record my playtime but I promise this is what happened.
