Plain and Simple Admin Abuse

Screenshots weren't working at the time this even transpired but I did get a friend of mine who is staff to get a screenshot of the report itself. 

1. The Admin is named Vintage Mario2980

] This is a link to the screenshot since my friend couldn't upload it to imgur. A player on the server named Donald Trump was being shot at and he accidentally pressed a kos bind due to him being in a panic. I had went down the slide on ttt_waterworld which is a tester. I was proven for about 6 seconds before mario decided to walk up behind me and plant about 5 bullets in my skull. I reported him and he says that him and trump are to blame. But Trump didn't do anything wrong.

This is the shocking that went down instead of a slay on Vintage. And I never asked for Donald to be punished. He was just shocked on his T round for no reason. Vintage refused to slay himself since he said "

The last message was because I said "Would you shoot a detective because of a random kos?"

He replied with what you seen above and I said "But you are dumb enough to shoot a proven innocent for a panic kos?"

I don't believe in a removal of being apart of the staff. But I believe he should be punished in some way that isn't a full demotion.

Well here are facts being proven can be faked ive been fake proven as T before and so having a kos called on you is legitimate reason for killing and as per the staff rules mario actually didnt need to punish himself at all because with false kos kills the person who called the kos was at fault so you cant say you wanted mario punished but not trump it wasnt even marios fault he was kind enough to take half the punishment so trump wasnt slain on his T round your report doesnt really have a basis mario went beyond procedure and actually did a nice guy thing so trump didnt die

I have no objection, the only question remains (which I can change if necessary) is if how I manage the punishment proper.
If a full slay should've been done instead, I can totally do that.

Even if Donald Trump wasn't entirely at fault, his KOS is what gave me the action.

Also that last bit about that example with the detective was kinda unnecessary, and would only lead to problems with me personally. v _ v

As much that can be argue, he was 100% proven via tester. I jumped the gun after Trump called him out, didn't had time to think...
